P.E. Focus of the Month: Flexibility- The quality of bending easily without breaking; The ability to be easily modified; willingness to change or compromise.
This week I want you to practice ONE skill of your choice. If you love soccer, practice dribbling or passing or footwork. If you love basketball, practice shooting, or ball handling. if you want to bottle flip, fly a paper airplane through a window, work on your push up form, or hop till you drop, you get to pick! If you'd like to work on flexibility do my yoga video on the Specials Channel. If you want to jump rope, practice your tricks and here's a video of some of the tricks we did if you forgot! When you practice, dedicate 5 minutes to warming up your body, and 10 minutes to your skill. Close your workout with some of the yoga moves or stretches we've been doing on YouTube or on Wednesday P.E. I really want you to take the time to try and improve on 1 thing! Everything takes practice and perseverance. Don't get discouraged if your skills are in the beginners stage. Remember, everyone starts at the beginning!
