How I miss seeing all your kids smiling and walking into the gym! During the school closures, know that I miss seeing all of you. My goal is to give you ideas and inspiration to do your own creative challenges with different activities and skills and to follow along to different workout videos that you can do at home. I hope that these videos and activities can be something that put a smile on your face as well as getting your heart pumping. Mostly, my desire is that it can be an outlet to relieve stress, and work on not only your body, but your mind and emotional health as well.
